1. Introduction
Macro Rides is an e-rickshaw booking platform operated by CepatAntar Private Limited. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Macro Rides mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Macro Rides connects riders with independent e-rickshaw drivers for short-distance urban transportation. We operate as a technology platform and do not provide transportation services directly.

3. User Accounts
To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
4. Ride Booking and Cancellation
Ride requests are matched with nearby available drivers. Once a ride is accepted, the displayed fare becomes payable upon ride completion.
- Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking during launch phase
- Post free-period cancellations may incur a penalty up to 10% of estimated fare (maximum ₹100)
- No-shows may be charged the full estimated fare and may lead to account restrictions
5. Pricing and Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance and applicable government regulations. Peak-hour surge pricing may apply as permitted by law.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and the Macro Rides wallet. Payments are processed upon ride completion.
6. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misuse of the platform. Prohibited activities include harassment, fraud, misuse of promotions, and platform manipulation.
7. Safety and Emergency
The platform provides GPS tracking, an in-app SOS feature, driver verification, and emergency assistance. All rides are covered by mandatory passenger insurance as required under applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Macro Rides acts solely as a technology intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the relevant ride or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi and may be referred to arbitration as per applicable law.
11. Account Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. Macro Rides reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security concerns.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
